We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Product Analyst to join our team, focusing on Magento 2 extensions and customer enablement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing market research, preparing business documents, and offering customer support and onboarding assistance. This role bridges the gap between customers, developers, and product teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of Magento 2 solutions.   What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage own productivity 
  • Help in conversion ratio improvement
  • Supporting presales team and develop understanding of sitemaps, information architecture, and wireframes and consumer-driven end-user functionality and ensure a positive user experience.
  • Write conceptual requirements into functional and non-functional implementation notes in precise and comprehensible manners
  • Prepare documents for the projects such as BRD, Mindmap, SOW, Wireframes, Use Cases, integration guide, and implementation guide
  • Understanding, platforms and upgrading skills and certification
  What We'd Love To See
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst along with experience in the eCommerce domain.
  • A passion for helping customers and understanding their business needs.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently engage with customers via Chat, Email, and Calls.
  • A proactive approach to guide customers in selecting suitable Magento 2 extensions or software solutions.
  • Ability to provide onboarding support, including installation guidance and usage assistance.
  • Skill in coordinating with internal development teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  It'd Be Great If You Had
  • Prior experience in Magento 2 ecosystem or eCommerce solutions.
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting and customer success processes.
  • Knowledge of product enablement workflows, including updates, patches, and issue resolution.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment involving developers and support staff.
  • An understanding of how to ensure smooth implementation and long-term product usage success.
