Job description

Behal International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Executive to join our team and support day-to-day office functions, documentation, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage export documentation.
  • Handle data maintenance and reporting tasks.
  • Manage and update e-commerce portals.
  • Carry out various administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures.
  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff as required.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Computer Applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
  • Strong computer handling skills.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in Import-Export or E-commerce Portal Handling will be preferred.
  • Language Skills: Good command over English (spoken & written).

Other Information

  • Transportation/Travel: Candidate should have own transportation.
  • Work Location: Behal International, Garden Enclave, Near Golden Gate, Amritsar.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
