- **Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Government Sales Executive to expand our customer base in and around Chandigarh. You'l promote industry-leading solutions from top global brands like Panasonic, Kyocera, HP, Jabra, and Omron. This role involves a mix of fieldwork, mapping of potential customers, relationship building, and tender/bid handling. Aggressively working towards new customer acquisitions for various products like Video Conferencing solutions, IP-EPABX, Photo-Copiers, Multifunction Printers, Projectors, Professional Display, etc.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and map potential customers (govt departments, institutions) in the Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula area.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in key government and institutional accounts
- Manage a local sales database and update leads, contacts, and opportunities
- Track government tenders, bids, and procurement needs across key accounts
- Prepare documentation and submit online/offline tenders and bids
- Conduct product demos, proof of concept (POC), and handle all pre-sales activities
- Attend and execute lead-generation events, exhibitions, or meetings
- Analyze competitor products and pricing to position our offerings effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
**What we are looking for**:
- Diploma or Graduate in Electronics/Engineering preferred
- 2-5 years of B2B or institutional sales experience, preferably with government clients
- Strong communication, presentation & relationship-building skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with government tendering process is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel locally and handle on-ground customer interactions
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
