Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Audit Oversight:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external audit processes.
  • Review audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Establish internal controls and ensure proper documentation of processes.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor accounting and audit staff.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA Inter/CA Final/CS Inter/CS Final Preference
  • Minimum 2–6 years of progressive experience in accounting and audit roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), audit procedures, and tax regulations.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Full-time, in-office or hybrid depending on organizational needs.
  • Collaborative and performance-driven team environment.
