Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Assistant role located in Trivandrum. Responsibilities include managing credit control, ensuring accurate handling of petty cash, assisting in financial processes, and maintaining accounting records. The Account Assistant will also work on preparing financial documentation and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of credit control processes and petty cash management
- Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Accounting softawres (Tally, Zoho) and financial softwares is a plus
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
