Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Purchase Engineer. The Purchase Engineer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, planning and executing purchase orders, and maintaining effective purchase management. Daily tasks include conducting market research, liaising with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials. The role also involves analyzing supplier performance and optimizing purchasing strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications
- Experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning
- Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance and purchasing strategies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Mumbai
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
