Key Responsibilities :

  1. Team Leadership and Development o Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse operations team to achieve performance goals. o Foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  2. Client Interaction and Relationship Management o Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service. o Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives and ensuring alignment with our services. o Address client concerns promptly and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.

  3. Operational Efficiency o Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. o Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. o Monitor key operational metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

  4. Customer Success and Satisfaction o Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. o Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. o Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  5. Compliance and Quality Assurance o Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company standards. o Maintain high standards of quality control across all operational processes.

Qualifications:

 Experience: 5+ years in operations management,.

 Skills: o Strong leadership and team management skills.

o Expertise in pricing strategies and financial analysis.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
