Position Title: Operations Executive

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Work Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: 3 to 4 LPA

Role Overview:
This role will span across line functions and is responsible to achieve operational targets for Europe DMC by defining and implementing service strategies to offer best in class service to our stakeholders.

Purpose of Role:
1. Manage clients FIT and group business as a “One Stop” contact from start to finish

2. Understanding of all the Markets handled

3. Understanding of Europe as a destination and can promote confidently

4. Continually evolve the SOPs and follow them

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for hotel confirmations for all itineraries and quotations to clients

2. Timely responses and accurate information and quotations to the clients

3. Liaise with the reservations team to ensure all services requested are in line with the agents’ requirements

4. Entering bookings into system with absolute accuracy and submit invoices timely

5. Check accuracy of bookings as and when required

6. Fully accountable for revenue targets as set in discussion with the department head

7. Language proficiency
