Our mystery shoppers anonymously evaluate customer service, operations, employee integrity, merchandising, and product quality, etc. for our clients.

**Job Profile: Project Executive-Operations**

Managing mystery shopping assignments
- Scheduling mystery shoppers through phone/mail for audits across India
- Editing the mystery audit reports for quality

Business Analytics: We provide clients with expert analysis to help them drive results. You will be responsible for:

- Analysis and presentation of data.
- To help understand key trends across outlets
- To help simplify complex data & make it meaningful for your business
- Key Customer Insights: To help understand what customers want and what they expect.
- Challenge seekers: We want people with lofty ambitions, and drive for achieving more
- Jack of all trades: You\’ll be doing a little bit of everything - be prepared to juggle well between tasks
- Workaholics: Addicted to working hard with high energy levels, drive, and resilience
- Must be good in Excel and other Office Tools like PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, PowerBi.
- Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables.
- Building formulas.
- Cell formatting.
- Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP.
- Task automation.
- Manipulate date, time, text, and arrays.
- Building charts and graphs.
