**Job Designation: Operational Excellence Associate**

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Operational Excellence Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has similar experience with leading courier companies such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, etc., or anyone fresher or experienced, who is passionate about operations and logistics, looking to drive efficiency and excellence in our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently create orders for clients on the vendor portal based on provided details.
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow and high productivity levels.
- Update and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Handle and resolve client issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and raising tickets with courier vendors, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage and respond to support tickets, ensuring all issues are resolved within the specified TAT.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience with courier companies such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, etc., is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM.
- Day shift with fixed hours and no overtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
