Responsibilities:Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with themIdentifying organization needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performanceSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsDeveloping, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent developmentCommunicating with external sources, i.e. peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the businessSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitiesManage employees' grievancesCreate and run referral bonus programsMeasure employee retention and turnover ratesManaging and delivering reports and data when requiredParticipate in organizing company events and careers days Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or recruiter roleFamiliarity with Human Resources Management SystemsHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsCreative thinking and being active on social media.
