Job Description: Sr. HR Executive

Shift Time: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Gender: Female

Position Overview

Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Manage onboarding formalities, induction, and documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs by preparing attendance, leave, and overtime reports.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Assist in performance review coordination and HR compliance activities.
  • Prepare HR letters: offer, appointment, experience, and relieving letters.
  • Support admin-related tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive or similar role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
