We have an exciting job opening for the position of Collections Executive at a leading Top MNC, hiring for its US-based Soft Collection Process. If you are passionate about customer service and possess excellent communication skills, this role could be a perfect match for you. Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow up on pending issues.
Qualifications:
  • HSC/Graduates (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • SSC with at least 1 year of BPO experience is also acceptable.
  • Excellent command of English communication skills is essential for customer interaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Additional Benefits:
  • Travel allowance provided, along with a home drop within specified boundaries.
  • 5 workdays a week, with 2 rotational days off.
