Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of initiatives across the Karolium product line. This role demands a strong blend of technical depth, delivery discipline, and leadership acumen. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and collaborate closely with Product Managers to align priorities with business goals.

Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Karolium projects across APaaS, IPaaS, and AIPaaS modules.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor developers, architects, and QA engineers across geographies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and continuous learning.

Technical Oversight:

  • Review code in Java and Angular; guide teams on architecture and design decisions.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance tuning, and adherence to coding standards.

Platform Engineering:

  • Drive performance optimization and reliability across Karolium's modular architecture.
  • Champion cloud-native design, multi-tenancy, and CI/CD automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with Product Managers to prioritize features and roadmap items.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Agile & Project Management:

  • Implement Agile/Scrum practices across delivery teams.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and report progress using project management tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Cloud technologies are a plus.
  • Experience in supply chain or enterprise integration domains is desirable.
  • 15+ years of experience in software development and delivery management.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven experience delivering PaaS solutions, especially across APaaS, IPaaS, and AIPaaS domains.
  • Expertise in scaling platforms, performance tuning, and code reviews.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
