About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical applications for Karolium, ITOrizon's next-generation PaaS & SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable solutions, enhancing existing applications, and providing production support for internal systems. This position requires strong technical depth, problem-solving ability, and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and re-engineer complex application components across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and support internal ITOrizon applications used globally, ensuring agility and scalability.
  • Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of critical business applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions through user stories and design specifications.
  • Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure applications.
  • Drive innovation by continuously improving application architecture, performance, and usability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in application development using Java Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate).
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, RESTful & SOAP Web Services.
  • Frontend expertise with JavaScript, AngularJS/ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC, JSON, XML, NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in OOAD, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
  • Familiarity with and Golang is a plus.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, Microservices, and Kubernetes.
