Job Title: Closing Manager (Real Estate) – Mandate Project

Job Description:

We are hiring a Closing Manager for our mandate project in Pune East. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales and expertise in handling client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site visits, explain project details, and handle customer queries.
  • Drive deal closures by negotiating with clients and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Achieve sales targets as per the mandate project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and presales teams to ensure seamless sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales/closures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle HNI clients and high-value property deals.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
