Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Fresher with good communication can also apply)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/candidates as per company requirements.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or opportunities.
  • Maintain call records, update databases, and follow up with leads or candidates.
  • Support the Sales/HR/Business Development team in generating leads and scheduling meetings.
  • Build rapport with clients/candidates and maintain a professional approach.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
  • Provide feedback and reports to reporting manager on call progress.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
  • Pleasant voice and confident personality.
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM/ERP preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team.
