Role Description

We are seeking a motivated
Technical Tele caller
to support our highway project operations. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams through telephonic communication. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge of highway projects and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding highway projects.
  • Explain technical details of products/services (Crash Barriers, Light Poles, High Mast, Transmission Tower, Cable Tray, Solar, Galvanizing, equipment, etc.) related to highway works.
  • Maintain and update client/project databases with accurate information.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule meetings for the sales/technical team.
  • Provide telephonic technical support and resolve basic client queries.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly call reports with management.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for quotations, purchase orders, and project updates.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate/ITI OR any discipline with strong technical understanding.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a tele caller / technical support / sales coordinator (experience in highway/infra sector preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
  • Ability to understand and explain technical specifications clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong follow-up skills and result-oriented approach.
