Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning
• Perform on-site installation of automation equipment (PLCs, HMIs, drives, control panels, etc.).
• Configure, test, and commission systems to ensure they meet technical and customer specifications.
• Verify system functionality, safety interlocks, and performance during startup.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime. AACE International+2LinkedIn Business Solutions+2
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (electrical, mechanical, software) reported by clients. AACE International
• Implement corrective actions and repairs promptly to restore system functionality.
• Customer Support & Training

• Train customer operators and maintenance teams on correct usage and maintenance of the system.
• Explain system features, upgrades, and safe operating practices. SAITM
• Spare Parts & Inventory Management
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for servicing. AACE International
• Forecast parts demand and coordinate with procurement or sales to ensure availability.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs. AACE International+1
• Document customer feedback, recurring issues, and improvement suggestions.

• Analyze system performance data to identify areas of improvement. AACE International

• Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a safe working environment during on-site visits, following lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) and other protocols.
• Travel
• Travel to customer sites (domestic/regional) as required for service visits, installation, breakdown support, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma / Electrical & Mechanical
• Experiene:
• 0–2 years (or as per company requirement) of experience in industrial automation service, maintenance, or field engineering. Fanuc India

• Technical Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Engineering Central
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Velents
• Knowledge of safety practices, maintenance procedures, and calibration.
• Soft Skills:
• Good communication and customer-facing skills — for training clients, explaining technical issues, and building relationships. SAITM

• Other:
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Valid driver's license (if required for travel).

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
