Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer multi location like Gurugram , Mumbai , Banglore ,Kolkata , Chennai . The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair of medical devices, providing technical support, performing troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, and carrying out field service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role requires working closely with clients to address their technical needs.The candidate have to visit Patient home , dealer office , hospital for repair and installation and any type of complaint .QualificationsProficiency in Troubleshooting and solving technical issues effectivelyField Service experience in medical devices with a focus on customer interaction and on-site supportStrong Communication skills to engage with clients and team membersExpertise in Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair of medical devicesAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical challengesBachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Biomedical, or a related fieldRelevant experience in cpap , bipap , oxygen concentrator , medical equipment or similar industry is preferredimmediate joiner will be prefered .
