Making an impact. What will you do?
Again, you have to manage the recruitment process for drivers' helpers and driving assistants
Additionally, you have to provide training on product awareness, including loading and unloading procedures and associated hazards
Furthermore, you have to oversee the performance of driver coaches
In this job role you have to monitor and assess the performance of commercial vehicle drivers' helpers and driving assistants
Again, you have to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for newly inducted technologies equipment or tools
In addition, you should have good knowledge in transport safety programs, road safety laws, truck and tankers system conversant with different HSEs and statutes in India standards
In this job role you should have sound knowledge of the motor vehicles act
Result oriented and possess exceptional relationship with management
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You should have Degree/ Diploma in Engineering
Further, you must have at least 5 years of experience in transport / logistics function /industry and minimum 2 years of experience in logistics
Communication skills are required in this role
You must have IT skills (MS Office)
