**Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cashiering, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stock clerks.
- Schedule employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members to foster their development.
- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or inquiries.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to replenish stock as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.
- **Merchandising and Visual Display**:

- Plan and execute merchandise displays to optimize sales and create an engaging shopping experience.
- Monitor product assortment and recommend changes based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure that the store layout and signage are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor expenses and manage budgets to control costs and maximize profitability.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense reduction.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by enforcing safety protocols and security measures.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
