We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Inventory Executive** to oversee the production process and manage inventory for our operations. If you have a knack for keeping things organized and ensuring smooth workflows, we’d love to have you on our team

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are always optimized.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Manage stock flow, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and labeling of products.

**Production Oversight**:

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all materials are available for timely execution.
- Monitor the production process to ensure it adheres to the planned schedule and quality standards.
- Track raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products during production cycles.
- Work with suppliers to manage material procurement and maintain adequate stock levels.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate inventory reports to track usage, wastage, and forecast future requirements.
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements for inventory management and production processes.
- Assist in developing strategies to minimize inventory costs without compromising production timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inventory management or production coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
