The Executive Assistant will operate at the heart of Lakshya Sen's training, travel, and tournament operations — ensuring seamless coordination across performance, logistics, brand, and communication functions. The role demands absolute professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to supporting a world-class athlete's pursuit of excellence.

This is more than an administrative position — it is a mission-critical support role for a professional athlete driven by precision, consistency, and world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Lakshya Sen's daily schedule, travel plans, tournament calendar, and training logistics.
  • Coordinate with coaches, fitness and physio teams, Badminton Association of India, BWF officials, sponsors, and event organizers, where required.
  • Handle domestic and international travel bookings, visa documentation, and event registrations for Lakshya and his family.
  • Liaise with brand managers, PR and digital teams to ensure timely execution of sponsor and media commitments.
  • Maintain expense records, performance reports, and schedule trackers with meticulous accuracy.
  • Ensure daily routine discipline in line with training and recovery plans.
  • Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in Sports Management / Business Administration / Event Management / Communications.
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Prior exposure to badminton, high-performance sport, or athlete management is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy — proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and travel-management apps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, high-performance environment with frequent travel.
  • A mindset built on discipline, respect, reliability, and self-motivation.
