What will you do:

You will own and execute Nova's growth strategy, driving top-of-funnel acquisition and accelerating Peoplebox's market penetration. You'll lead a high-performing team, build scalable systems, and turn data into growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies to achieve ambitious goals across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  2. Driving inbound demand through website, content, and digital channels by:
  3. Improving conversion rates across every stage. Search → site visitors → gated submissions → trials → demos.
  4. Optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets to maximize pipeline velocity.
  5. Owning and managing the technical stack for growth, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics, to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  6. Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across social, email, webinars, communities, and influencer networks.
  7. Optimizing lead nurturing workflows through high-impact content, retargeting, and marketing automation.
  8. Experimenting relentlessly - proposing, testing, and scaling new growth levers.

About you:

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience in a SaaS company, ideally from early-stage (0→10 journey).
  • Strong command of English communication, written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design tools like Canva is a plus.
  • A creative thinker and analytical problem-solver who thrives on experimentation and data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with bias for execution.
