Requirements

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) with over 10 years of proven experience in leading operations and driving business excellence. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across all business functions, and working closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into execution.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in operations management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build scalable processes that support sustainable growth. This role demands a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee daily operations across multiple business functions, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
    • Develop, implement, and refine operational processes that improve productivity and quality of service.
    • Establish performance benchmarks, KPIs, and metrics to monitor efficiency and outcomes.
  • Strategic Execution
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to design and execute business strategies.
    • Translate company vision and goals into actionable plans for teams and departments.
    • Ensure that operational activities align with the organization's long-term objectives and growth plans.
  • People & Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire functional heads and teams to achieve organizational goals.
    • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
    • Foster talent development and succession planning within the operations team.
  • Financial & Resource Management
    • Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient budget utilization across departments.
    • Collaborate with the CFO to manage costs, drive operational efficiency, and maximize profitability.
    • Identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining service quality.
  • Business Growth & Scalability
    • Evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and process improvements that drive growth.
    • Lead initiatives to scale operations and enhance customer experience.
    • Implement systems and technologies to improve operational excellence and agility.
  • Risk & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
    • Establish risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
    • Champion a culture of ethical business practices and governance.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Represent the organization in client, partner, and regulatory meetings as required.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board on operational matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling operations, managing large teams, and driving organizational transformation.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in resource management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on execution.
