Job Position: Account Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage accounting tasks efficiently.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting and possess strong knowledge in financial software, taxation, and Microsoft Excel.

Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entry of raw materials and store purchase bills in financial software
  • Recording production and consumption data in financial software
  • Preparing invoices, challan entries, and E-way bill generation
  • Conducting stock reconciliation and inventory tracking
  • Processing miscellaneous and service bills
  • Providing support for internal audit-related tasks
  • Performing other accounting duties assigned by the Chief Accountant

This position requires an individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless accounting operations.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong background in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and taxation
  • Diploma or professional degree in accounting
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
