Job Title: Operations Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of best practices across the plant to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lean manufacturing concepts, improve processes, and reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and meet performance targets.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver end-to-end productivity projects and optimize resource allocation.
  • Drive TPM culture and establish a Centre of Excellence in the Kolkata Factory.
  • Facilitate TPM activities and engage with Region LSS and Manufacturing Excellence Leads to replicate best practices horizontally.
  • Develop and consolidate plant presentations, reports, and communication materials.
  • Implement solutions to reduce scheduled and unscheduled downtimes as per the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Unlock opportunities for growth and development through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of TPM and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and achieving performance targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
