Project-Based Computer Operator in Government Office

**Position**: Project-Based Computer Operator

**Salary**:8,000 to 12,000 per month.

**Location**:Midnapore, Howrah, Hooghly, Bankura, Birbhum.

Job Summary:
The Project-Based Computer Operator will be employed by the government office on a temporary basis to provide essential computer operation and administrative support for various projects across different offices within a specific location. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems and peripherals, data entry, report generation, and other computer-related tasks as required for the successful execution of each project.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Computer Operations: Set up and maintain computer systems, including hardware and software, ensuring their proper functionality and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during project implementation.

2. Data Entry: Accurately input project-related data, records, and information into the computer systems, adhering to prescribed guidelines and maintaining data integrity.

3. Report Generation: Prepare regular progress reports, project updates, and other relevant documents as requested by project supervisors and management.

4. Technical Support: Assist project teams and office staff with computer-related queries, providing technical support to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

5. File Management: Organize, manage, and maintain electronic files and documents related to the projects, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality as required.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with project team members, government office staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination during project implementation.

7. Compliance: Adhere to government policies, rules, and regulations while handling sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection and security measures.

8. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot computer-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in project operations.

9. Adaptability: Be willing to work in different government offices across the designated location, as required by the project assignments.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional computer-related certifications or diplomas will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in computer operation, data entry, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability to work in different government offices as per project requirements.
- Knowledge of government policies and procedures is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
