What You'll Be Doing
Be the go-to person for assigned clients—own the relationship from onboarding to success
Understand client goals and tailor solutions that maximize their experience with us
Act as a product expert, helping clients navigate and make the most of our platform
Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell that add value for the client
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Available to join immediately for a 12-month internship
- Strong communication skills—fluent in English & Hindi
- A proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences
