As an Executive/Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Impetus Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's strategic growth and development goals. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the company's overall success and will require a proactive and innovative approach to talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 2- 6 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of best practices and current trends in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset and ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant HR software

Responsibilities:

    • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and requirements
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit and alignment with the company's values and goals
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and negotiating job offers
    • Support the onboarding and integration process for new hires to ensure a smooth and successful transition into the organization
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process
