Junior Pre-Sales Executive — SpazioLiv

Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite)

Reports to: Sales Sourcing Manager

Role summary:

We are seeking a proactive Junior Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by qualifying leads, preparing basic proposals and mood-boards, assisting on site visits and maintaining CRM records. This is an entry-level role with mentorship and a clear growth path into sales or design.

Key responsibilities:


• Handle inbound enquiries: respond to client questions, log leads and schedule discovery calls/visits.


• Prepare simple proposals, mood-boards and presentation slides using templates.


• Support initial cost estimates and coordinate pricing checks with seniors.


• Attend client meetings and site visits with a senior; record measurements, photos and notes.


• Maintain CRM entries, update follow-ups and manage sales documents.


• Coordinate sample requests and follow-ups with vendors.


• Keep product and catalogue knowledge up to date and assist in creating sales collateral.

Skills & experience:


• 0–2 years in sales support, inside sales or internships in interiors/furniture/home decor preferred.


• Clear verbal and written communication; comfortable speaking to clients.


• Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills; willingness to learn CRM tools.


• Eye for design and aesthetics; organized and detail-oriented.


• Comfortable with regular onsite visits and client interactions.

Education & attributes:

Diploma/Graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Commerce or related fields preferred but not mandatory. Friendly, professional, coachable, and eager to learn.
