Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HRBP - Performance Strategy & People Ops in Coimbatore. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring labor and employment law compliance, and overseeing performance management systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with management to develop strategies for talent management, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance on HR best practices.

  • Experience in HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Skills in Performance Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management is a plus
