Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to drive our B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales, excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada, and a strong ability to connect with clients at various levels. This role involves direct client engagement, field visits, and active participation in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct in-person client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's offerings and effectively communicate value propositions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams for service improvement and strategic planning.*
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B field sales or client-facing roles.
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Kannada is mandatory.
Education: Any Bachelor's degree. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
