Company Overview:

SK Staffing Solutions is a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in technical, solar, and renewable energy hiring. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in the renewable energy domain.

Job Description:

We are looking for a recruiter who has hands-on experience in hiring for positions within the renewable energy industry, including solar, wind, and green infrastructure roles. The ideal candidate should be familiar with technical and non-technical hiring, industry job portals, market compensation trends, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for renewable energy roles (Sales, engineering, project management, EPC, O&M, Desing, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
  • Use LinkedIn and industry networks for targeted searches.
  • Track hiring metrics, interview feedback, and successful closures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar, wind, or green energy job positions.
  • Excellent sourcing and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to close mid-to-senior-level technical positions.
  • Comfortable working with targets and timelines.

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract /Freelance (as per your time commitment)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
