
Corporate Gifting Sales Manager

TT Ltd. is a reputed government company engaged in Garment Industry. To strengthen our business and client relations, we are expanding into corporate gifting solutions including customized caps, T-shirts, and other promotional merchandise. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Gifting Sales Manager to lead and grow this vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate gifting products (caps, T-shirts, merchandise, etc.).
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, government departments, and institutional buyers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with production/design teams for customization requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
- Coordinate with vendors, printing units, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in corporate gifting, institutional sales, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong network with corporate clients, PSUs, and government departments (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
