Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions using
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM
    .
  • Develop and deploy
    plugins, custom workflows, and actions
    using C# and .NET.
  • Customize and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customizations, plugins, and workflows.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, design sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7 years of hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM
    .
  • Strong experience with
    plugin
    development,
    custom workflows
    ,
    JavaScript
    , and
    C#
    .
  • Familiarity with integration techniques (APIs, REST, SOAP).
  • Experience with CRM
    security roles
    ,
    field security
    , and
    business units
    .
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills
