Role Description

As a D365 F&O Technical Architect or Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Architecture & Design

·      Lead technical architecture design sessions and solution reviews.

·      Define integration strategies and oversee environment architecture.

·      Design and develop sector-specific templates and reusable assets.

 Development & Customization

·      Guide development teams in X++ programming, SSRS reports, and AOT elements.

·      Implement customizations using Chain of Command (CoC), event handlers, and extensions.

·      Ensure adherence to DevOps practices including pipeline setup and code management.

 Deployment & Environment Management

·      Manage deployments via Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.

·      Oversee environment setup, configuration, and maintenance.

 Testing & Validation

·      Supervise unit testing, performance tuning, and code remediation.

·      Support go-live activities and post-deployment stabilization.

 Leadership & Collaboration

·      Mentor junior developers and consultants.

·      Conduct technical interviews and define team training needs.

·      Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills:

·      Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (AX 2012/D365).

·      Proficiency in X++, SQL Server, SSRS, Visual Studio, LCS, Azure DevOps.

·      Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

·      Deep understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, and data migration.

·      Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

·      MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations

·      MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer
