Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
with a strong background in the
diamond and jewellery industry
. The ideal candidate should be
self-motivated
,
goal-oriented
, and passionate about achieving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with
    key customers
    , including
    wholesale buyers
    and
    retail partners
    .
  • Stay informed about
    market trends
    ,
    customer preferences
    , and
    competitive activities
    to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional initiatives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Travel extensively (approximately
    20 days per month
    ) to meet clients and expand market reach.
  • Maintain regular communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • In-depth
    knowledge of jewellery design
    , fashion jewellery, and diamond products.
  • Proven
    experience in B2B sales
    within the
    diamond or jewellery sector
    .
  • Excellent
    communication
    ,
    presentation
    , and
    interpersonal skills
    .
  • Strong
    customer service orientation
    and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Understanding of
    diamond shapes, sizes, colours, and clarity grades
    .
  • Ability to
    work collaboratively
    within a team and contribute to shared goals.
  • Fluency in English
    (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
  • Graduate
    in any discipline from recognized institute/university.
