We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the diamond and jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, including wholesale buyers and retail partners.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional initiatives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Travel extensively (approximately 20 days per month) to meet clients and expand market reach.
  • Maintain regular communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of jewellery design, fashion jewellery, and diamond products.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the diamond or jewellery sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Understanding of diamond shapes, sizes, colours, and clarity grades.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
  • Graduate in any discipline from recognized institute/university.
