Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building relationships, and promoting our trading and financial education programs to prospective learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Present and promote training programs, course structures, and career opportunities in trading and finance.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs that align with their goals.
- Achieve sales and enrollment targets in line with company objectives.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
- Collaborate with trainers and administrative teams for smooth onboarding and program delivery.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Represent the company in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference for Business, Finance, or related fields).
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or admissions (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with potential students and clients.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets/trading is an advantage (training will be provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
