Facebook Ads Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for D2C brands.
- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns – awareness, consideration & conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
- Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CAC, and optimize accordingly.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives & hooks.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Handle pixel setup, event tracking, retargeting, and custom audience creation.
- Work on scaling strategies while controlling cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product/content team to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience running Meta Ads for D2C / E-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution.
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify/landing pages.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹26,000.00 per month
