Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a Tech Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our Global Technology Organization. This role will act as a key liaison between the Operational Risk Department, Internal Audit function, and Technology teams. The individual will be responsible for supporting audit and risk-related initiatives, coordinating responses and remediation efforts across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application Development teams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between Global Technology and the Operational Risk & Internal Audit teams.
Coordinate and track audit requests, evidence collection, and responses from Technology teams (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application Development).
Facilitate risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning in collaboration with technical teams.
Maintain clear documentation of audit findings, remediation status, and risk mitigation plans.
Drive project management activities including planning, tracking, reporting, and ensuring deadlines are met for audit-related deliverables.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to technology risk and controls.
Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance transparency, and strengthen the organization's risk and control posture.
Identify opportunities for automation or process improvement to streamline audit and risk management workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, Business Analysis, or IT Risk/Audit coordination.
Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity practices, and Software Development lifecycle.
Experience working with Operational Risk and/or Internal/External Audit functions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS) is a plus.
PMP, CSM, CISA, or similar certifications desirable but not mandatory.
