Customer Service Associate International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Night Shifts (US Time Zones) | Sat & Sun Fixed Off

Transport: 2-Way Cab Provided

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international (US healthcare) customers.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with process requirements and company standards.
  • Document customer interactions and follow escalation protocols when necessary.
  • Meet targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department performance goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Support.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication (B2 level).
  • Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Immediate joiners from Bangalore or candidates willing to relocate.

Salary Range

20,000 – 30,000 Take Home + Incentives (based on experience and performance).
