Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Product Support Engineer L1 based in Bengaluru. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing top-notch technical and customer support by analyzing and addressing technical issues, resolving product-related queries, and assisting with troubleshooting user challenges. The role will also involve contributing to maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring a smooth user experience and supporting continuous product improvement through analytical insights.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Product Support, Customer Support, and Technical Support with a strong customer-first mindset.

Strong analytical ability to learn, diagnose, evaluate, and resolve technical issues.

Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving product and technical concerns, with a willingness to continuously learn.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience; prior exposure to technology/SaaS or a similar support role will be an added advantage.

Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

Full-time, work-from-office role with working hours aligned to the EST time zone.
