Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Development & Operations Manager to drive strategic growth, expand partnerships, and support the scaling of Three5Reviv's integrated clinical and wellness ecosystem. This role combines business development, market strategy, and operational project oversight to strengthen the clinic's footprint and accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and deeply aligned with preventive health, wellness, or premium healthcare experiences. They will work closely with leadership to position Three5Reviv as the region's premier destination for longevity, performance, and healthy aging.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop high-value partnerships with corporates, luxury hotels, gyms, wellness centers, fertility clinics, diagnostic partners, sports academies, and senior living communities.
  • Build strong referral networks among physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and integrative practitioners.
  • Develop B2B and B2C channels for metabolic, women's health, executive longevity, and athlete-focused programs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive mapping, and opportunity analysis within the longevity, wellness, and premium healthcare sectors.
  • Regularly conduct and present a comprehensive SWOT analysis to maintain competitive edge.
  • Identify customer trends and guide adaptation strategies.

Growth Strategy & Revenue Expansion

  • Collaborate with leadership to define quarterly and annual growth targets.
  • Develop and refine patient acquisition strategies tailored to select clientele.
  • Support pricing strategy, service differentiation, and new package development across clinical, lifestyle, and performance verticals.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain dashboards for business KPIs.

Project Management & Operational Coordination

  • Support the rollout of new services, technologies, and verticals (longevity diagnostics, Optimization modalities related to longevity medicine, movement science, Eastern modalities).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure readiness for new service lines.
  • Assist in planning Phase 2 expansion projects, including additional modalities and space buildouts.
  • Monitor timelines, dependencies, and operational deliverables to support scale-up.

Marketing Alignment & Brand Visibility

  • Work with the marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment with clinic positioning and narrative.
  • Provide on-ground insights to shape digital campaigns, community outreach, and launch events.
  • Work closely with the clinical team and assist with development of collateral, patient education pathways, and brand-focused initiatives.
  • Support local PR, collaborations, and visibility among premium wellness and corporate networks.
  • Scout for and create community impact projects in partnership with stakeholders in the community to stay true to our commitment to give back to the community.

Operations & Client Experience Support

  • Contribute to SOP development relating to partner onboarding, lead management, and client engagement flows.
  • Work with administrative and clinical teams to ensure seamless client experience for high-touch programs.
  • Track engagement metrics, feedback loops, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred, especially with healthcare, wellness, or operations specialization.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, hospitality, luxury services, or fitness sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet growth targets and manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with senior leadership, vendors, and government officials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and schedules with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; working knowledge of Tamil is a strong asset.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM, project management software, and cloud-based tools.
