Type: Full-time

Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager at Preethi Wear will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are stored efficiently and dispatched promptly to meet customer and retail demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Implement inventory control systems to track stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to align inventory with production schedules.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Oversee the packaging and labeling of products for dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the apparel or retail industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
