MHS Executive

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations in a safe and efficient way, including good communication and coordination of resources to meet customers and stakeholders expectations

• Oversee and coordinate the daily MHS Stores activities.
• Ensure that materials are checked inwards and outward materials of the MHS store in an accurate and timely manner.
• Conduct regular audits in-house and vendor end to ensure the stocks. And that the store is functionally efficient.
• Goods received Note (GRN) in SAP.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stock items in the Store. (in-bound and out-bound booking)
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to vendor / supplier and accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
• Ensure the store is kept clean and organized daily
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Scrap disposal and record maintenance.
• Local purchase freight movements, housekeeping, and maintenance cost management. Mostly small amount and petty cash

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in MS office SAP Business level written & verbal skills in English
• FIFO in warehousing and stock accuracy management.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
