Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Generate sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve daily , monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base and increasing sales revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

Apply if you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • 6month - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real-estate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
