Job Description

  1. Building and maintaining relationships:

  • Identify client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
  1. Lead follow-up:
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
  1. Deal negotiation and closure:
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  1. Documentation:
  • Gather and arrange necessary documents from government offices, advocates, etc., for transactions.
  • Execute legal agreements and documentation related to sales.
  1. Record management:
  • Maintain and update customer data, sales activities, and transaction documentation.
  1. Collaborate with marketing:
  • Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotional events, and outreach.
  1. Market insights:
  • Provide feedback to management about market trends, competition, and new project launches to influence strategies.
  1. Legal compliance:
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and documentation requirements in property dealings.
  1. Industry awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and upcoming projects.
  1. Mentoring:
  • Train and guide junior sales staff to improve team performance.
  1. Miscellaneous:
  • To do any other office-related work as and when required.
